About the Role:

We are seeking a HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will play a key role in building a strong workforce, maintaining company culture, and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).

• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in payroll processing and leave management.

• Conduct induction programs, training, and employee engagement activities.

• Handle grievance redressal and employee relations effectively.

• Coordinate performance appraisals and career development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in HR roles (recruitment & generalist preferred).

• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office & HR software/tools.
