We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Unlimited Greens to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, assist with recruitment and employee coordination, and maintain accurate HR records. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the senior HR team in various human resource functions. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17000 - ₹21000 and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

• Managing the recruitment and selection process.

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

• Nuture a positive working environment.

• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
