Job description:
A. Job Summary
1. To Recruit Blue Collar & White Collar candidates best for multiple
vacancies in the company.
2. Creating Job Description, Job Posting & Short listing of the most suitable
Candidate for Final Interview with the Management.
3. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
4. Handle Joining / Induction & Exit Formalities for all Employees.
5. Track daily Attendance of the Entire Team & Update to Management.
6. Register the candidate of PF & ESIC Portal.
7. Maintain & Update Company Data bases for all Employees Current,& New
Recruits.
8. Handling Phone Calls for Operators and Clients, then Note Down the
Complaints in Register Book and Resolve.
B. Qualifications, Skills & Experience.
1. Good Communication Skills (Verbal + Written) (Hindi & English).
2. Must be able to work in team.
3. Complete Knowledge of Labor Laws & Minimum Wages.
4. Complete Knowledge of Computers + MS Office + Emails + Printers,
Scanners, Bio Metric Machines & HR Software.
5. Required experience of 3 – 5 years.
