o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o Knowledge of HR systems, employment Laws. On boarding New staff

o Proficiency in HR software and tools (PF ESI ., HRIS, Payroll Systems).

o Problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.

o Maintaining Attendance / Maintaining cost center / Salary Structure

o Making Quotation, Response Mailing, Client handling, Business Strategy As Necessary negotiation abilities.
