We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage and support all human resource functions of the company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive work culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting management in day-to-day people management activities.
The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees. They will maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and ensure proper documentation in compliance with company policies. The role also involves coordinating payroll inputs, assisting with salary processing, and handling employee queries related to HR matters.
The candidate will help implement HR policies, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives. They will act as a bridge between employees and management, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution. The HR Executive will also support training coordination, performance reviews, and basic compliance requirements.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have a basic understanding of HR processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently. A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience of 0–2 years in HR or administration is an advantage, however motivated freshers are welcome to apply.
