Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Assist in payroll coordination and HR administration tasks
Manage employee relations and resolve basic HR queries
Implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance
Coordinate training, induction, and engagement activities
Required Skills:
1–2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong knowledge of core HR roles and responsibilities
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Experience Required: 1–2 Years (Mandatory)
Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
