Collect, verify, and process employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift records.
Ensure accurate monthly salary calculations including earnings, deductions, incentives, and reimbursements.
Maintain payroll records and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Handle PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
Generate and file monthly, quarterly, and yearly statutory returns.
Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws and audit requirements.
Maintain employee master data in HRMS or payroll software.
Update new joiner, exit, promotions, transfers, and salary revision details.
Create and manage employee pay slips, salary statements, and MIS reports.
Resolve employee queries related to salary, deductions, leaves, benefits, and reimbursements.
Coordinate with finance, HR, and department heads for attendance and payroll approval.
Support employees with investment declarations, Form-16, and tax-related questions.
Process new employee onboarding details into payroll system.
Manage F&F settlement including notice pay, leave encashment, recovery, and final payouts.
Prepare relieving documents and coordinate with finance for settlement disbursement.
Operate payroll tools like Keka, Zoho, GreytHR, SAP, or Tally (as applicable).
Ensure accurate data entry and system updates.
Generate payroll-related reports and analytics as required.
Maintain payroll files, statutory registers, and documentation for audits.
Support internal and external auditors with required payroll data.
Assist in HR operations such as attendance management, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities.
Support HR policies, compliance updates, and internal communication.
