Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and basic payroll coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle employee queries, and ensure smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.

• Conduct reference checks and manage pre/post-offer formalities.

• Manage onboarding process including documentation, induction, and orientation.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and coordinate with payroll team.

• Prepare HR letters (offer letter, appointment letter, experience letter, etc.).

• Support exit formalities and full & final settlement process.

Employee Engagement & Support

• Handle day-to-day employee queries.

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.

• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance.

Performance & Compliance Support

• Assist in maintaining performance records.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, MBA in HR, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in HR  role.

• Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly.
