Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, attendance maintain, utility bill payment and hr related legal issue.
Co-ordinate joining formalities for new employees, ensuring seamless integration into the organization. 3 to 4 years of experience in an HR role or similar field (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of generalistic HR activities such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, etc.
