We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, and HR administration while ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Generalist.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliances, and labour laws.

• Familiarity with HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).

  • Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.

  • Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.

  • Handle employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance review support.

  • Support in drafting and implementing HR policies, processes, and compliance.

  • Act as the point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

  Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and HR initiatives
