Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

- Maintain recruitment databases and post job openings across various platforms.

- Help with onboarding new hires, documentation, and induction processes.

- Maintain employee records and assist in policy documentation.

- Support planning and execution of team events, training sessions, and surveys.

- Assist in tracking attendance, feedback, and performance data.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Good organizational and communication skills.

- Interest in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.

- Familiarity with MS Office or HR tools is a plus.
