Job Description: HR Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Days: 5.5 days/week

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups

Manage onboarding and joining formalities of new employees

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation

Monitor attendance, leave management, and daily workforce reporting

Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and HR requirements

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance,

Assist in employee engagement activities

Ensure compliance with company policies and basic statutory norms

Support HR operations and administrative activities as required

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets

Accurate maintenance of attendance, leave, and employee data

Smooth onboarding experience for new joiners

Reduced attrition through effective coordination and employee support

Compliance with HR policies and internal processes

Efficient coordination between management and employees

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role

Good communication and coordination skills

Knowledge of recruitment and basic HR operations

Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
