Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative functions. This internship will provide hands-on experience in managing HR processes within a dynamic IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from various job portals and social platforms.

• Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.

• Support in employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.

• Maintain and update HR databases, attendance, and employee records.

• Help in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.

• Assist the HR team in drafting offer letters, internship letters, and HR policies.

• Provide support in performance evaluation and feedback collection.

• Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and team efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
