We are seeking an HR Executive to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary and growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, follow-ups)

• Employee onboarding & HR documentation

• Maintain attendance, leave & employee records

• Support HR policies & procedures implementation

• Coordinate with management & staff

• Handle employee queries & basic HR operations

• Assist in employee engagement activities

• Prepare basic HR reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management or related field

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati preferred)

• Basic knowledge of HR processes

• MS Excel / Google Sheets basic knowledge

• Good people-handling & coordination skills

• Positive attitude & willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Recruitment or HR internship experience

• Knowledge of social media hiring

• Startup or fast-paced work experience

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
