JD HR Recruiter :
1. End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Understand client requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
3. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, references, and networking.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
5. Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers.
6. Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
7. Ensure timely closures of open positions as per client requirements.
8. Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
