Support campus hiring, walk-ins, and referral programs.
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and joining documentation.
Conduct joining formalities and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
Coordinate induction programs and ensure timely completion of HR documentation.Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/Google Sheet.
Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll inputs.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, monthly MIS, and dashboards.
Handle employee confirmation, transfers, and internal movements.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, R&Rs, and internal communication initiatives.
Drive culture-building activities and support leadership in communication campaigns.
Conduct feedback surveys and share actionable insights.
Support the execution of appraisal cycles, goal-setting processes, and competency reviews.
Coordinate with managers for timely evaluations and documentation.
Track employee KRA/KPI progress and follow up on pending reviews.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support conflict resolution while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Maintain a positive workplace environment through consistent HR presence and support.
Assist with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory compliance processes.
Ensure maintenance HR documentation.
