Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Over all Exit Process of employees
2. Designing and posting job ads to attract qualified candidates as per the
departments’ requirement.
3. HR activities & HR Planning (Operations, Induction, offer letter, Appointment
letter, Exit Formalities, Payroll, Salary Slips)
4. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work
environment
5. Develop compensation and benefits plans
6. Manage payroll considering overtime, flexible schedules and seasonal
employment
7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
8. Time office management.
9. Monitoring of Housekeeping & Administration.
10. Employee’s record keeping.
11. Leave record Administration. (Leave posting, encashment, maintain register)
12. Monthly MIS
13. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high
performance
14. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
15. Ensure legal compliance (all Legal register preparation) throughout human
resource management
16. Organizing & Conducting Training Programs.
17. Involved in Social Compliance Audit
18. Shift Monitoring. manpower handling
19. Transports, Contractor Manpower,
20. Working knowledge of ESI, EPF Challan submission
21. LWF working, addition & deletion of employee with annual return submission.
22. Involved and participating employee engagement activities (Sports Events,
Tour, Fire Mock Drill Training programs etc.,)
Communication should be excellent
Education - Graduate or MBA
