Job Description – HR Executiv
Experience: Min 6 months to 1 year
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who will manage recruitment and support key HR functions for our growing call-centre and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level call center roles (CSA, QA, TL).
Source, screen & shortlist candidates through job portals, social platforms & internal pipelines.
Coordinate interviews, salary discussions & offer rollouts.
Maintain candidate database and ensure timely closures.
Support onboarding, induction & employee engagement activities.
Assist in basic HR operations such as attendance, documentation & HR queries.
Skills & Qualifications:
Min 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience using hiring portals & LinkedIn sourcing.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

CTC : Max 2.6 LPA. (Based on Current CTC)
