About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and proactive candidate who can manage staff salary operations and also support and oversee the sales activities of the organization. The ideal person should have strong coordination skills, basic financial understanding, and the ability to manage sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salary & HR Administration

• Maintain and update monthly salary records for all staff.

• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.

• Manage attendance, leave records, and related HR documentation.

• Coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.

• Handle basic HR queries related to salary, attendance, and deductions.

2. Sales Management

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets.

• Maintain sales data, customer inquiries, and conversion reports.

• Support management in planning sales strategies and tracking progress.

• Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of salary processing and HR documentation.

• Good understanding of sales processes.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
