Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and oversee end-to-end payroll processes. The role involves ensuring smooth HR functioning, compliance with statutory requirements, accurate payroll management, and supporting employee lifecycle activities.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit).
Maintain employee records and update HR databases (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and statutory requirements.
Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, issuing offer letters, etc.).
Payroll Process:
Manage monthly payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
Collect, verify, and process attendance, leave, and overtime data.
Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
Generate salary slips, tax statements, and other payroll-related reports.
Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll audit and compliance.
Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries promptly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations and payroll (freshers with knowledge may also apply).
Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and payroll software.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
