Role Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will manage the full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment and employee engagement to compliance and performance management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.

  • Conduct seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires.

• Employee Engagement & Retention:

  • Organize engagement activities to boost morale and foster a collaborative culture.

  • Address employee grievances and promote a supportive workplace environment.

• Policy Development & Compliance:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee data, contracts, and compliance documents.

• Performance Management:

  • Drive the performance appraisal process and provide feedback to employees.

  • Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.

• Attendance & Payroll Management:

  • Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and payroll processes.

  • Collaborate with finance to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
