Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing hiring processes, and conducting new hire orientations.

• Employee Relations: Mediating disputes, managing grievances, promoting open communication, and organizing engagement activities.

• Performance Management: Implementing review systems (e.g., quarterly/annual), supporting appraisals, and tracking performance metrics.

• Compensation & Benefits: Designing packages, supporting payroll processing, and managing benefits administration.

• Training & Development: Assessing training needs and coordinating learning programs.

• HR Operations: Maintaining records, managing attendance/leave, updating HR databases, and handling daily HR queries.

• Compliance & Policy: Developing and enforcing HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and handling audits.

• Strategic Support: Assisting with workforce planning, employer branding, and recommending HR technology. 

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree (HR specialization preferred).

• Experience: Relevant experience in HR, potentially in a specific sector like manufacturing.

• Skills: Strong problem-solving, multitasking, communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of labor legislation.
