HR and Admin Executive - Key Responsibilities

HR & Compliance

• Assist in Manpower Planning, arrangement, and general recruitment support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential Employee Data records (HRIS and physical files).

• Manage timely registration and compliance related to ESIC and PF.

• Conduct initial Induction and orientation for new joiners.

• Coordinate procurement and distribution of uniforms and other essential joining items (ID cards, stationery).

Industrial Relations & Contract Labour

• Manage documentation, agreements, and legal compliance for Contractual Labour.

• Coordinate with contract agencies for timely documentation, statutory adherence, and bill processing.

 Administration & Facility

• Oversee Canteen operations, ensuring hygiene and quality standards.

• Manage procurement and inventory of Housekeeping materials.

• Support implementation and maintenance of the 5S methodology.

• Handle general administrative tasks and facility maintenance support.

• Maintain and manage First Aid facilities and kits.

• Control and track Asset Allocation (laptops, phones, tools) and maintain the asset register.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
