Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Conduct employee orientation and support training activities.

• Manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR administrative tasks.

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives.

• Ensure HR policies are followed and support compliance activities.

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.

Required Qualifications

• MBA in Human Resources (HR specialization is mandatory).

• 0–2 years of relevant HR experience (freshers with MBA HR can apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
