Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive with hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations within the Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction industry. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring for technical and design positions while supporting core HR functions and ensuring smooth onboarding and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Architects, Interior Designers, BOQ/Estimation, and allied roles

• Source, screen, and shortlist profiles as per project and technical requirements

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities

• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires

• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and HR records

• Assist in HR operations such as attendance, employee records, and coordination

• Act as a point of contact between employees and management for HR-related queries

Requirements

• 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in architecture /interior design/construction domain

• Good understanding of design, execution, and BOQ/Estimation roles

• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills

• Ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions efficiently

• Proficient in MS Excel and HR tracking tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
