Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and support employee engagement initiatives.
HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, including tracking performance reviews, providing feedback, and managing performance improvement plans.
Training and Development: Assist in organizing training programs, workshops, and professional development activities.
Compensation and Benefits: Help administer compensation and benefits programs, including processing payroll, managing benefits enrolment, and addressing compensation-related queries.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies, including conducting audits and managing compliance documentation.
Reporting: Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, policy updates, and organizational development.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
Experience: 0 – 2 years of recruitment in HR or Experience with HR software and systems is a plus.
