We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team at a leading HR consultancy based in Sector 6, Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment within a consultancy setup and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various clients (IT & Non-IT)

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously

• Immediate joiners preferred
