• Coordinating with department heads for staffing needs

• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment reports

• Ensuring smooth onboarding processes for new hires

• Good communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
