Position Overview

Cybaem Tech is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.

• Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and conduct smooth onboarding.

2. Attendance & Payroll Support

• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly attendance records.

• Coordinate with teams for timesheet completion and leave management.

• Assist in monthly payroll preparation.

3. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and celebrations.

• Maintain positive employee relations and handle grievances professionally.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.

• Support performance management processes.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR compliance requirements.

5. Exit Process

• Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full & final settlement coordination.
