• Job Description – HR Executive/Operations

✨ Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee
documentation, and basic payroll & labour law. You will work hands-on with our ATS and
HRMS Pro portal (training provided if needed), maintaining both soft- and hard-copy
records for all employees.
� Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & ATS
• Own the entire hiring cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination,
feedback collection, offer roll-out.
• Maintain candidate pipeline in the ATS; generate regular hiring reports.
Onboarding & Offboarding
• Prepare and verify documentation, induction schedules, and IT checklists.
• Conduct exit formalities, collect assets, and update HRMS Pro.
Employee Documentation
• Maintain accurate soft-copy folders and hard-copy files for all personnel records
(contracts, ID proofs, appraisals, etc.).
HRMS Pro Administration
• Enter new-hire data, manage workflows, run standard reports (training available).
Attendance & Leave Management
• Monitor biometric/ERP data, reconcile timesheets, flag exceptions, and share monthly
summaries with payroll.
Payroll & Compliance Support
• Share validated attendance and variable inputs with finance.
• Assist in maintaining statutory registers and ensuring adherence to basic labour-law
requirements (PF, ESI, leaves, gratuity).
HR Projects & Audits
• Support HR audits, employee engagement activities, and continuous process
improvements.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
• End-to-end recruitment experience (sourcing → joining) using an ATS.
• Proficient in job-posting platforms, and candidate screening.
• Excellent documentation habits; able to manage both digital archives (SharePoint/Drive)
and physical files.
• Working knowledge of attendance systems, basic payroll inputs, and Indian labour laws.
• Comfortable with Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas) and HR software.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills; able to coordinate with multiple
stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (BA/BCom/BSc/BBA).
• 1–2 years in HR operations or recruitment preferred.
• Experience with HRMS Pro is an advantage; otherwise, we will train you.
