Screen & shortlist resumes
Conduct telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and manage follow-up
Maintain recruitment tracking reports
Knowledge of joining formalities & HR documentation
Strong communication & coordination skills
Basic MS Office proficiency

Complete end-to-end hiring
Candidate sourcing, calling & scheduling
Maintain employee records & onboarding
Daily recruitment MIS
Support HR operations smoothly
