Position: HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team.

This role is open to fresher who have good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

 Maintain employee records and HR databases.

 Assist in on boarding of new employees.

 Support day-to-day HR operations and documentation.

 Handle employee queries and provide necessary support.

 Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Fresher can apply.

 Good communication skills (verbal & written).

 Basic understanding of HR concepts (preferred, not mandatory).

 Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type:

Full-Time Work Days: 6 days a week (Saturday half day)

Work Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month
