HR Operations Executive
Employee Lifecycle Management: Assisted in onboarding, overseeing safety training and adherence with company best practices and policies for employees across the offices.
Maintain accurate records of employee pay structures and personal data.
Manage employee benefits programme.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and collaborative work environment.
Policy Adherence: Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Client Coordination: Assist in key communication and coordination with the clients
Oversee general office administrative tasks, including vendor coordination for office supplies and services
Support management in handling short-term projects and assignments, ensuring timely completion.
Requirement:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Atleast 3 years of experience with minimum 1+ year of experience in HR.
Good communication skills (written and verbal), conversant with English and Telugu
