Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.

• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain applicant tracking data.

2. Onboarding & Induction

• Support the joining formalities of new employees.

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

• Assist in conducting employee orientation and induction programs.

3. HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.

• Handle basic HR queries from employees.

4. Employee Engagement

• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.

• Collect employee feedback and support HR initiatives to improve workplace culture.

5. Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain HR files as per company policies.

• Support the HR team in statutory compliance documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws (advantage, not mandatory).

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  ( MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not required. )
