Recruiting and selecting potential candidates.
Making the schedule for interviews & follow-up.
Updating internal databases, tracker, employee relation, employee engagement, MIS management.
Managing and taking interviews.
Preparing offer Letters appointment letters and providing to the candidates.
Explaining the company policies to the newly selected candidates.
Managing HR documents and related files.
Participate in other activities of HR as and when required.
