Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Understand and analyze hiring requirements across different technical skill categories. Take ownership of challenging recruitment demands and ensure successful closures. Conduct offer negotiations and manage candidate engagement until onboarding. Collaborate daily with clients via calls and WhatsApp groups to organize interviews and track results. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
