Role & Responsibility
•Good knowledge of the Minimum wages act, factories act , labour laws and strong statutory and compliance knowledge.
•He should have good Email drafting skills
•He should have the experience of dealing with BMC officers of need arises and speak on behalf of the company.
•should be open to travelling to Bhiwandi ( one of our locations as need arises)
•Knowledge about HR documentation , regulations, company policy etc
•Good verbal n spoken English is mandatory
