Prepare, process, and verify monthly payroll for all employees.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, leave encashment, deductions, and reimbursements.
Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF, and Income Tax (TDS on salary).
File monthly, quarterly, and annual returns related to PF, ESIC, and other applicable laws.
Handle inspections, audits, and liaison with government authorities.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain employee master database, attendance, and leave records.
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities with respect to payroll & statutory benefits.
Handle queries related to salary, deductions, PF/ESIC, and other compliance issues.
Assist in HR policy implementation and employee welfare activities.
Support in manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement.
Generate MIS reports for HR and management review.
