We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR tasks, supporting recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes (scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, conducting inductions).
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leaves, etc.
Prepare and manage HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, etc.
Ensure smooth exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Support in payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferably in a corporate or industrial setup).
Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
