Job Title: HR RecruiterLocation: Kanpur (Onsite)Job Type: Full-Time | Immediate JoiningSalary: 25,000-30,000 Role Description This is a full-time Recruiter role, located on-site in Kanpur. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Daily tasks will include posting job ads, coordinating hiring activities, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
