The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. The role ensures that the organization attracts and retains the best talent to meet business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements for various departments and develop effective recruitment plans.

• Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic or video interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from job posting to joining.

• Conduct reference checks and support in offer roll-out & negotiation.

• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

• Coordinate with department heads to forecast future hiring needs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).

• Proven experience (1–3 years) as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR role.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, databases, and hiring processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.

• Familiarity with HR software (ATS systems, Excel, etc.) is an advantage.
