We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks and services to support the effective and efficient operations of the HR department. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the HR field and gain exposure to all core HR functions.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Maintain employee records (digital and physical) and update HR databases.
Assist in recruitment efforts including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Help organize and coordinate HR projects.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information.
