Responsibilities:
- Generalist profile
- Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening, Identifying, Conducting interviews Skype, F2F or telephonic.
- Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Maintain employee files and records in soft and paper form
- Payroll Management like Attendance, salary and Leave management.
- Should be able to handle Salary Advance, Bonus, Areas, Preparation & Disbursement
- Statutory Record Preparation
- Filing all Legal Returns On time
- Maintain Record of All Legal Compliances
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations
- Manage Labour manpower as per the production requirement.
- Should be able to handle various types of Audit in plant.
