We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our team to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team in joining formalities, induction activities, creation of employee files, and issuing ID cards.
Maintain and update attendance, leave records, and employee personal files.
Support HR Manager in preparing reports related to EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
Compile payroll data such as attendance, overtime, and deductions to support the payroll process.
Collect employee queries or grievances and escalate them to seniors for resolution.
Prepare Excel reports, MIS, and HR data to support the HR team in daily operations.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
