Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Summary:

The HR Assistant will support HR operations across all Sigma MRI Centres, handling recruitment, attendance, documentation, and employee coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, interviews, and joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records and attendance data.

• Prepare HR letters and ensure policy compliance.

• Track incentives, rewards, and performance reports.

• Coordinate with centre heads for staff attendance and discipline.

• Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work culture.

• Support HR meetings, events, and documentation work.

• Coordinate with accounts for salary and reimbursement issues.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.

• 1–2 years of HR experience (healthcare preferred).

• Good communication & coordination skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR record management.

• Organized, responsible, and maintains confidentiality.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: As per company policy
