Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong networking abilities, and a passion for connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions for open positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in employer branding and campus recruitment.
Work Environment:
Full-time position with occasional travel for recruitment drives or job fairs.
