Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to manage onboarding formalities and employee documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by managing all necessary paperwork, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end onboarding process• for new joiners, including preparation and collection of all necessary documentation (ID proofs, educational certificates, previous employment records, etc.).

Prepare and maintain employee files and records• in both physical and digital formats.

Generate and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits•.

Conduct document verification• and ensure all mandatory forms and declarations are completed accurately and timely.

Coordinate with other departments (IT/Admin/Accounts) for new joiner setup• (ID cards, email accounts, seating, etc.).

Ensure compliance• with internal policies and legal standards during onboarding.

• Maintain updated employee database and HRIS with accurate and current information.

• Assist in drafting HR-related letters like experience letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.

Support in audit requirements by maintaining organized and up-to-date records•.

• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in HR.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
