We are looking for a HR/Admin to join our team Tweet India Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. Key Responsibilities:
1. Salary & Payroll Management
Prepare and calculate monthly salaries for all staff (field staff, office staff, and factory staff if any).
Calculate PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other statutory deductions as per applicable laws.
Maintain attendance, leave & tour/field reporting data for payroll.
Coordinate with Accounts / Finance for timely salary disbursement.
2. PF & Statutory Compliance
Calculate PF contributions (employee & employer) correctly every month.
Prepare and upload PF challans/returns within due dates.
Maintain PF & ESIC records of employees and support in audits/inspections.
Handle employees’ PF related queries (UAN, KYC, withdrawal, transfer, etc.).
3. Recruitment & Hiring (Pharma Field + Office)
Understand manpower requirement from management (MRs, Sales Executives, Back-office, etc.).
Draft and post job advertisements on portals, social media & consultancy contacts.
Screen resumes, shortlist candidates and schedule interviews (online/physical).
Coordinate with HO and Line Managers for interview and final selection.
Issue Offer Letter, Appointment Letter and complete joining formalities.
4. HR Operations & Employee Management
Maintain employee personal files, HR database and records (ID card, appointment, increment letters etc.).
Prepare HR related letters: confirmation, increment, warning, experience, relieving, etc.
Maintain leave records, discipline and basic HR policies as per company guidelines.
Support performance appraisal process and maintain related documentation.
Handle basic employee grievance and escalate to management when required.
5. Admin & Office Management
Manage day-to-day office administration (stationery, housekeeping, courier, travel booking etc.).
Coordinate with vendors/service providers (internet, repairs, office supplies, etc.).
Ensure proper office environment, attendance discipline and basic compliance support
6. Sales Data Collection & Coordination (Field Staff)
Collect daily / weekly / monthly sales data, reporting and tour programmes from MRs and field staff.
Follow up with field team for timely submission of reports (sales, stock & doctor coverage).
Maintain and update sales data in Excel / ERP as guided by management.
Share consolidated reports with management and concerned departments on regular basis.
