Assist in daily HR operations and documentation
Support recruitment activities (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
Help maintain attendance and leave records
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining employee files
Support compliance and statutory documentation under HR
Coordinate with department supervisors and workers for HR-related tasks
Assist in employee engagement activities
Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the management
Graduate / pursuing graduation / HR or management student preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work in a manufacturing unit environment
