Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, assist in HR tasks, maintain records, coordinate meetings for the Director, and ensure smooth backend processes. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience and be comfortable working with CRM tools, salary processing, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Maintain attendance records and process employee salaries
Update and manage CRM tools regularly with accurate data
Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Director with internal/external parties
Assist in basic HR tasks including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace
Handle incoming/outgoing communication (emails, phone calls, couriers, etc.)
Prepare and manage documents, reports, and spreadsheets
Support onboarding of new employees and maintain employee records
